About the Coronis Health Employee Store

The Coronis Health employee store was created to give our team members an easy, self-service way to shop for branded apparel, business items, and merchandise—whether it’s for a client meeting, event, or personal use.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground/SmartPost service unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs vary by product. Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may require additional packaging and/or shipping charges. Most orders will ship the same day depending on stock and time of order. If you require a specific in-hands date please call in order to receive shipping quotes and to ensure we are able to meet your in-hands date. Please allow two weeks for delivery of your order before inquiring.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Total Promotions has experienced shipping staff that can ship to most foreign countries. Please allow extra time for this service. A documentation fee of $15.00 will be added for each international destination. We require either a DHL, FedEx, or UPS number for international shipments to be shipped on.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we have arranged for UPS and pick up from Total Promotions as late as possible each day. Therefore, your order tracking number will be available the day after your order ships. You can then track your package by clicking on Track Your Order at the top of the page and enter your order number. If you have further questions, please contact us by phone at 847-831-9500.

LOGOS

Each item will be richly decorated with your logo. The color combination as presented on the Web site will be used in the production process. However, due to variability in monitor settings, production colors may differ from your on-screen view.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

For each order placed through the Web site, we will immediately confirm receipt via e-mail to you. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, please contact us by phone at 847-831-9500.

CREDIT CARDS

The Coronis Health Employee Store accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be charged by Total Promotions Inc.

SALES TAX

Residents of IL, FL, CO, WI, and AZ are required to pay sales tax.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
